It’s no secret that Disney is the most magical place on earth, and this applies to all of the Disneyland parks across the globe! This being said, there are definitely some times of year where things just feel a little bit more magical, so here are a few ideas of when to visit if you want to have the most special experience!

Halloween
If you and your family love spooky season then consider visiting one of the Disneyland parks at this time of year to coincide with Halloween. You’ll find a whole lot of fun themed merchandise across the parks, and certain parks offer festivals and events that you can attend for all kinds of spooktacular family friendly fun! You’ll be able to enjoy Halloween décor, themed activities, meet and greets, and lots and lots of Disney villains!

Christmas
If you think Disney parks are magical at other times of the year, just wait until you visit around Christmas time! You’ll find beautiful decorations park-wide, jaw-droppingly beautiful castle illuminations, Christmas entertainment up and down Main Street, and of course, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. There is nothing quite like the Christmas atmosphere at a Disney park and it’s a truly magical experience for everyone, no matter what age you are!

Outside of term time
Another really amazing time to visit Disney, is any time outside of standard school term times. While there may not be any grand events and impressive festivals going on, you’ll find the parks to be much quieter and a lot more pleasant to navigate, especially if you have young kids with you. You’ll be able to squeeze more into your days at the Disney parks, you’ll get to see things up a bit more close and personal, you won’t have to queue so much, and your trip will feel a little more laid back without having to compromise on any of the magic.
