I’ve been undertaking huge research in skincare. Yes! It’s true, this is an area of my life that I’ve semi stepped into and somewhat neglected. However, as I turned 30 this year I wanted to make sure I had my skincare routine completely nailed down so that I can proceed with confidence on looking after my skin. Enter the Liz Earle Glow range.
About Liz Earle
The Liz Earle Glow range is a line of skincare products designed to help users achieve radiant and glowing skin. The range includes a variety of products, each formulated with high-quality, natural ingredients to nourish and rejuvenate the skin.
One of the key ingredients in the Liz Earle Glow Range is naturally active ingredients, such as vitamin C rich acerola cherry (which can contain up to 80 times the vitamin C of an orange!) which help to brighten, smooth, and hydrate the skin. Instead of using acid exfoliation, they lean into natural alternatives like prickly pear. The products are also free from harsh chemicals, artificial fragrances, and synthetic colours – what more could you want?
What’s the cost?

How to use
The three products that I will be leaning into for my routine are the the superior glow trio. The Cleanse & Glow™ Transforming Gel Cleanser, the Smooth & Glow™ Exfoliating Tonic and the Revitalise & Glow™ Illuminating Gel Moisturiser. I’ve been using these products for just around a month now and have noticed a difference in how bright my skin looks in comparison to it’s duller texture. Basically, my skin loves hydration, who knew… (everyone else!)
Liz Earle have made it really easy to form a good routine with these three products. Simply take your Cleanse & Glow™ Transforming Gel Cleanser, squeeze out a grape size amount and marvel in how adding a little warm water turns this gel into oil. This product is perfect for removing pollutants, excess oil, dirt, SPF and makeup without having to forcefully remove. You’ll find as you rinse it off your face it’s become a milk like substance and glides off with ease. Key products include acerola cherry (restoring), organic black bee honey (soothing) and elderberry oil (completely nourishing).
To use the Smooth & Glow™ Exfoliating Tonic, pour a generous amount onto a reusable cotton pad and apply all over face and neck. I am loving this tonic as some others have previously made my skin sore but I have found this really nourishing and refreshing. It’s that moment where I go ‘aaaaah’ in my routine. This is where the alternative to an acid comes in. This tonic uses prickly pear, which is a gentle alternative but has the same results as glycolic acid in hydration and radiance.
To finish, apply a small about of the Revitalise & Glow™ Illuminating Gel Moisturiser onto clean fingers and gently smooth into your skin (not forgetting your neck). The colour of this is literal sunshine and the smell!!! Oh my goodness these products are some of the best smelling products ever! At the heart of this product is both prickly pear and acerola cherry as I spoke about before but also sea buckthorn! This helps protect your skin and is rich in vitamin A and antioxidants. It adds to the brightening properties of the full routine and leaves your skin feeling nourished and supported.
Overall, the Liz Earle Glow Range is designed to help users achieve healthy, glowing skin using natural and nourishing ingredients. I have dry and oily combination skin, so it can be a little difficult for me to nail down a routine that works but this really does. Whether you have dry, oily, or combination skin, there is likely a product in the range that can help improve your complexion and leave you looking radiant and refreshed.
I think the most telling part of Liz Earle genuinely believing that this is going to help and work for so many people is that they have a 60-day return policy which means that if for any reason you don’t end up falling head over heels for these dreamy items, you can return or exchange them easily. It’s just that added assurance we need when purchasing items nowadays eh?
