Wearing Embroidery with Evans, on a very British Day

Since starting this blog there have been brands I’ve wanted to work with. Brands I genuinely love but never felt quite enough to work for. When Evans offered to send me an outfit to post I felt a little in awe. I’ve always loved their clothing and admired other bloggers outfits. Just from a quick scroll through Evans website you can find a field of different styles. Whether you’re into smart fashion, or quirky on trend items they have them.

Unfortunately with the British weather I was struggling to get a day where it wasn’t chucking it down to photograph the beautiful items sent to me. Keeping with the weather I chose a loose sweat jumper and some gorgeous green jeans.

Let’s begin with the jumper. I mean where do I start? Can you see how beautiful the embroidery detail is?! I really didn’t expect it to be as good quality as it was. It has that lovely soft fleece lining to keep you warm in the upcoming spring months. A little tip for you though, give it a wash before wearing. I had bobbles of fleece come off all over my clothes because I was too impatient to take my own advice!

Please excuse the dogs wandering around in the photographs- they clearly think they are models.

I wrote about my love for Yours Clothing jeans here. But boy are these a contender. Super stretchy, long and comfortable. The colour of them is lush too. I have always stuck to blue or black jeans and now I’m pleased to be able to add a little green to the mix. My legs have never felt such colour.

With the days getting longer, I’m now looking forward to some spring/summer fashion. What’s been your favourite items for Winter? Or even looking forward to spring?
