On Thursday Evening I was invited to sample an evening of delicious food with a menu prepared and served by 2018 MasterChef finalist Nawamin. If you’ve been reading my posts for a while, you’ll know that your gal loves food. Especially asian cuisine, so when Naked Noodle said they were hosting an event creating some delicious courses using their products I was all in.
We arrived at Lambert’s Yard and made our way up to the second floor where the room had been themed appropriately. After signing in and picking up some delicious drinks (I obviously went for the Gin Cocktail) we were asked to take our seats for the evening’s meal and entertainment.

Course after course were served, and I’ve got the full menu for you below:
- Naked Noodle Duck and Hoisin spring roll
Noodle and Confit duck leg spring roll, cucumber and spring onion and hoisin sauce
- Naked Noodle Green curry stuffed baby squid
Noodle and prawn stuffed in a baby squid, green curry sauce and salmon roe
- Naked Rice Japanese curry arancini with pork croquette
A skewer of Japanese curry arancini and melt-in-the middle pork croquette on the bed of shredded cabbage
- Naked Noodle chili beef, ox cheek and Thai basil
Beef ramen, 8 hours cooked ox cheek and aromatic broth
- Naked Noodle Red curry biscuit, fresh lychee, coconut ice cream
Coconut ice cream, fresh lychee and red curry crumble

Whilst Joe nor I are vegetarians, we spotted the delicious alternative to these across the room and they looked insane. Each course carefully featured a Naked Noodle Product and fortunately for us we were provided with recipe cards to emulate our own version at home! Spoiler alert: I remade the Katsu course at home and can confirm it was as delicious!
What I loved most about the evening was the way each course had carefully integrated the product but completely transformed them into elegant fine dining. Whilst my Naked Noodle Pot at home wasn’t quite as elegant, the taste and flavours were all there. If I wanted to spice it up more… as I did with the Katsu, I could now imagine all the possibilites.
Have you tried Naked Noodle Products?
