Every year, at Christmas time, I put out a plea to brands to get in touch with anything they think should be included on someone’s gifting list and each year I try and feature a range of products from fairly reasonable to fairly expensive. I try to look for different items or items that could appeal to friends or family as I like to try and keep it open. This year some super fun brands got in touch and here’s what made the list.
Kiss Nails and Lashes

The perfect gift for anyone who loves to doll themselves up or introduce a little Christmas glamour to their day in day out life through pretty nails and lashes. I’ve tried out the lashes and nails and can confirm they’re gorgeous! The nails come with some press on sticky pads if you don’t want to risk damaging your nails with glue, but I much prefer the firm hold of the glue. The lashes were easy to trim down, they fit super nicely and the fan on them is GORGEOUS. They’re stocked in both Boots and Superdrug so you can pick these up fairly last minute if you’re a panic shopper.
ModiBodi Pants
Take away the thought of buying someone luxurious lingerie for a moment. There is absolutely nothing wrong with buying someone an environmentally conscious gift that will get used every single month and save them the expense. I have been a HUGE period pants lover for over a year now and couldn’t go back. These modibodi ones are a welcome addition to my ever growing collection. If you’re looking to buy some, I’d recommend it being for a good friend who you’re open and honest with. They’ll totally appreciate the gift and your thoughts for the environment. It’s a win win.
Dr Paw Paw Christmas Gift Set

I have just the friend for this. She works in an office, typing 8 hours a day, her hands can get dry from this and she’s constantly applying this to any dry areas. She swears by it and states that it cures any dry spots. Do you have any friends like this? Perhaps you’ve got a friend who ALWAYS comes to the rescue with that product in her bag you need, the little tub of lip balm to save you? Then this is one for that person. This gorgeous little ribboned product can be hung from a tree to surprise your loved one and you can treat them to the pamper they deserve.
Philips Hand Steamer
Do you have any fashion forward friends who love to make sure they look tip top at all times? Perhaps you have a pal who’s a frequent traveller and needs something to help iron out their shirts or suits before a meeting. I’m adding this to the perfect list for anyone on the go wanting to keep their clothes wrinkle free. It’s super easy to use and VERY portable. This Philips Steamer is also not that heavy for the wallet. You can pick it up on the likes of Amazon, or from John Lewis for the respectable price of £65. Think how much that will save your friends in dry cleaning hotel services. It’s also super beautiful in design if we really want to get superficial for a moment.
Metallic Special Edition Prosecco at Aldi

It’s the most wonderful timeeeeee of the year, and a lot of us love a tipple. I absolutely love Prosecco, partly because the Champagne grape is too strong for me and partly because it’s Italian. This Christmas Prosecco is only £7.49 and sure to be the perfect gift for anyone you’re unsure to buy for. It also practically invites you in for a talk and a natter over a drink which is perhaps the best gift of all. You can pick this up in store at Aldi now but go go go, it’s special edition and sure to sell quickly. You may find me in the queue in front of you.
Sugar Coated Vegan Wax

Now here are 2 little products that I’ve included mainly as stocking fillers or bonus pamper products. The first is this Sugar Coated Leg Hair Removal kit. It’s more gentle on skin than other methods and is is also vegan, cruelty free, biodegradable and comes with reusable wax strips – perfect for the environmentally-friendly gift receiver. You could gift this to a number of friends wanting to look their best this festive season.
Cake Hair Mask
Who doesn’t love for their hair to feel incredible? Treat your pal to a little Christmas stocking filler of this Cake Hair mask and enjoy how much they compliment you on this product. I’ve used this as a little pick me up treat as I’ve been poorly and IT’S AMAZING. You simply shampoo your hair, apply this for 3-5 minutes and rinse. It costs £2.99.
What’s your favourite product from this Christmas list?
