With every black tie event, wedding, posh do or alike, we get the opportunity to dress up. To feel absolutely glamorous and glorious. I absolutely love this part of any evening out. The opportunity to become yourself but that hollywood version for the evening. Even if it is a slight illusion, its a little dream. However this time, as I stared into my cupboard of previously worn dresses and tired evening gowns I realised I needed something new. I scoured numerous websites looking for THE DRESS and couldn’t find anything that took my fancy. That is until Lovedrobe Luxe. Lovedrobe Luxe literally hit the nail on the had of the things I look for in an evening dress. Sequins, check. Beading, check. Beautiful colours, check.

The team at Lovedrobe kindly acted as my fairygodmother for a very important business dinner and gifted me with this stunning dress. When it arrived on my doorstep I was instantly impressed. Opting for a size 16, the fit was spot on, the length perfect and the fabric luxurious. As a plus size brand, they know how to fit us larger gals.
This bardot style top is right on trend and fitted beautifully. With tops like this I often find myself readjusting myself all evening but I don’t think this happened once. For me that is bladdy marvellous.
